Please respect there is a waiting list for appointments and the appointment times are of great value. With this in mind the following cancellation policy applies.
A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation must be given, so that the appointment may be offered to another client. You will be required to pay the full session fee if you fail to give the stated notice. Cancellations must be made verbally via telephone, email or text messages cannot be accepted.
Please contact well in advance if you need to rearrange an appointment.
Avoid cancellation fees and keep your appointment.
